Accommodations:
The R.M. of Oakview has two hotels located within its municipality and two campgrounds.
The Town of Oak River has:
The Oak River Inn located at 15 North Railway Street.
There is a restaurant serving up steaks, burgers, appetizers, etc., and a fully licensed bar and vendor located inside the hotel.

The Oak River Campground located on the West side of Oak River, just off of Highway 24, on the South side of the road.
There are 6 camp sites, 4 of which are serviced with water and 30 amp hydro, and the remaining 2 are serviced with 15 amp hydro only.
There is also a spot for sewage disposal.
Camping fees are $15 per night, payable via cash or cheque at the RM of Oakview’s main office in Oak River, 10 Cochrane Street, or placed in the box located at the campground.

The Town of Rapid City has:
The Queens Hotel located at 450 2nd Avenue.
There is a restaurant, a fully licensed bar and vendor located inside the hotel.

The Rapid City Campground located on Sample Avenue West, just West of Highway 24/PR# 270, on the South side of the road.
There are 8 camp sites serviced with both 15 & 30 amp hydro with washroom and shower facilities adjacent to the campground.
Camping fees are $25 per night; $140 per week (7 day stay); or $450 per month; payable via cash or cheque at the RM of Oakview’s satellite office in Rapid City, 435 3rd Avenue, or via cash, debit or credit card at the Rapid City CO-OP, 465 2nd Avenue.
