Public Hearing for the Closure of a Public Lane in Rapid City

On June 11th, at 10:00 am, a PUBLIC HEARING will be held by the RM of Oakview to receive representations from any persons who wish to make them in respect to the closure of a public lane in Rapid City.

being a BY-LAW TO CLOSE A PUBLIC LANE

Part of an unused public lane in the L.U.D. of Rapid City is to be closed.
The closed Public Lane will be sold and consolidated on title with adjacent properties.
