NOTICE OF APPLICATION:
R.M. of Oakview Revised Water & Wastewater Rates
LUD of Rapid City Water and Wastewater Utility

The RM of Oakview has applied to the PUB for revised water & wastewater rate for the LUD of Rapid City Water and Wastewater Utility as set out in By-Law #2018-8, read the first time on December 4th, 2018. Rates were last approved in 2015 in Board Order #141/15 on an interim basis and finalized in 2017 in Board Order #123/17.
