Oak River Bulk Water Rates

Minimum Consumption – 330 gallons
Minimum Rate – $15.50
Rate per 1000 gallons – $47.05

 

Meter Readings – All Rapid City utility customers are required to read their meters on a quarterly basis: March, June, September & December. Readings are to be reported to the municipal office by phone, email or by using the online form. Any unread meters will be estimated or read by municipal staff. All meters should be readily accessible to municipal staff.

All Oak River utility customers meters will be read digitally by Public Works Staff on a quarterly basis: March, June, September & December.

If there is a change in ownership or tenants, final meter readings are to be taken on the last day of ownership or tenancy and given to the office for the final bill.

Mobile Homes – Water meters that are under mobile homes should be brought up to the main level for easier access to read the meter and to prevent the meter from freezing.

Authorization For Staff To Enter Premises – Public Works staff are authorized to enter any premise at any time.
